Janet walked me through both the house-selling and buying processes. She is one to go above and beyond what would normally be expected of a realtor. Janet assisted us with selling our home when we relocated to another state. The sale went quickly, and we received offers above the asking price. She was instrumental in making sure the sale went smoothly. Janet made sure every part of the process was on track.

We recently moved back to the area and Janet helped us find a rental property and then purchase a home. She definitely worked for her ultimate commission as we looked at many homes and changed requested features at various times. While the rental went relatively fast, the house hunt took much longer due to our desire to find the perfect house. Janet stuck with us and we eventually bought a house after making offers on several different properties. In fact, the house we bought is one we had previously made an offer on but had earlier reached an impasse on price. She kept in touch with that realtor and brought us back to the property when there was a later open house. 

Janet has also been there for us post-sale. When we had problems with a home warranty claim, she has followed up with her contacts at the company to assist in trying to work the issue out. She has also provided info on contractors others have used in the area. While we don’t plan to move for a while, we will definitely use Janet to help us when we decide to sell in the future.

I've known Janet for years but not in that space so when I was selling a condo I was stuck with and I found out Janet was an agent I elected to use her to help me...Truth be told without her I think I would have backed out of the whole process. I started this trying to do some of the things we needed to do to get more money out of our listing, but in the end Janet handled all of it for me.
